Returns - Product changes

You have the right to return the received product within 15 calendar days and request its replacement with another size or another product. We emphasize that the date of dispatch of the returned product is considered the one indicated by the courier on the receipt, for the control of the deadline.
For returns (as in the case of change) within Greece you are charged with the amount of 6 €.
In any case, the returned products must be in the condition received by the customer. This means:

• They must not be damaged and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product.
• To be in excellent condition (with their factory packaging, ie box or jelly)
• To be accompanied by all the documents with which the product was delivered (eg Retail Receipt, Invoice, etc.).

If the above conditions are met, you are free to send it back to us for replacement. Otherwise we reserve the right not to accept the return.

Please note that all changes and refunds are made at current product prices.
The return process is simple and can be done by phone at 24210 30653 or by e-mail at [email protected]. Quickly, the change process is as follows. Send us the product to be changed by ``Geniki Taxydromiki`` without any shipping costs. When we receive the product, we check if it meets the above conditions. If it meets them, we will send you the new product. The shipping cost of the new product is borne by you and is 6 euros if it is sent to you by General Post.

It is clarified that changes are always made to the current price of the product with the extra charge listed above. In case the new product you choose has a lower price than the one you return, you are entitled to a discount coupon, worth equal to the difference that arises. No refunds for the above case.

In case of change of order which was made upon receipt from the store, the change is made by phone and sent by us through the cooperating Courier with a charge of 6 euros which corresponds to the shipping costs of the product from us to you.

Return of defective products

In cases where, with proven fault of Jeans-Station.gr, products of poor and defective quality were sold or by mistake in receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc. then Jeans-Station.gr takes full responsibility for the replacement or the return cost (in which case it will deposit the corresponding amount of expenses in a bank account that will be indicated to it), as well as the resending costs.

In order to determine if the product is defective you should send us by email at [email protected] photos of the product in order to be checked by the competent department of the company. If you send us the product without following the above procedure you will be charged in full all costs of transporting the product plus whatever arises as well as our company reserves the right to refuse to receive it.

The terms of return remain the same as those mentioned above.

Order cancellation - right of withdrawal

It is possible to cancel your order in the following cases:
a) Before sending the product - Cancellation is possible by sending an e-mail to the email address [email protected] or by phone at 24210 30653 daily 09:00-14:00 and on Saturday 09:00-11:00.
b) After receiving the product you can exercise your right to withdraw, within 15 calendar days from the day of receipt of the product.
It is clarified that in order to proceed with the return of the product, the conditions mentioned above regarding the damage of the returned products, etc. must be observed.

Within 15 calendar days from the day you received the product, you have the right to return it and get your money back. In this case you will be charged shipping value, 5 euros for shipping and another 5 euros for return. Your money will be deposited within 14 working days from the moment we receive the products to be returned and if they meet the conditions for returned products as described above.

It is reminded that refunds are made only in case of use of the right of withdrawal. In case of change with another product of lower value, you are entitled to a discount coupon equal to the resulting difference, less 6 euros related to the shipping costs of the change, as described in paragraph 1, ``RETURNS - PRODUCTS CHANGES ``

In any case (including the change), if you choose any other way to return the product except the General Post Office, you will be charged € 5.00 which relates to the shipping costs of your order from us to you as well as all costs of shipping products from you to us.

In case you place an order, it is sent to you and you refuse to receive it, you will be charged in full the shipping costs which are 10 euros. 5 euros for sending the order from us to you and 5 euros for returning the order from you to us. In this case, the commercial department of our company will contact you to clarify the refusal of receipt.

In case you have ordered a product and received it at the right time specified by the shipping terms, in a suitable package without any defects but you did not like or changed your mind for any reason and you request a refund then the refund is made, after the product is returned and checked, by deducting costs of 10€ regarding the shipping charge.

Shipping Methods

All the products that are in our online store, are ready to be delivered and are sent with courier companies with which we cooperate. Deliveries are made on working days daily 09:00 - 18:00 to the address you have chosen. If you are absent at the time of delivery, you will be notified to reschedule the delivery of your purchase.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders are sent by our company on the same day the order was placed as long as it has been placed until 18.00 p.m.
For orders after this time, shipments are made the next business day (Monday to Saturday), from the day you placed your order.
Orders within the region of Attica, but also in large urban centers are sent with the courier company ``Geniki Taxydromiki`` and are delivered most of the time the next working day.
Orders in the rest of Greece are sent with the courier company ``Geniki Taxydromiki`` and are delivered in 2-3 working days.
Delivery time is not specific and takes place between 10:00 and 19:00.
It is also noted that deliveries do not take place on weekends and holidays. If you want delivery within the weekend, you will be charged with the additional costs set by the ``Geniki Taxydromiki``.
If your order has been delivered to the courier aggency ``Geniki Taxydromiki``, you have the opportunity to be informed about the location of your parcel, through the bill of lading number, which is posted on the page ``MY ACCOUNT`` and which we send to your mail upon completion of the shipment.
For orders placed from the city of Volos there is no shipping service but you receive the order from our store Jeans Station Str. Spyridi 63 in store hours. FREE SHIPPING COSTS for all orders within Greece. (There is a €2 charge only for orders under € 60.01)
Delivery time
Delivery time is from 1 to 3 working days for destinations within Greece. This happens once your order has been approved, prepared and shipped. The days of preparation and sending of orders are from Monday to Friday 9.00 to 19.00.

Receipt by courier
We cooperate with the ``Geniki Taxydromiki`` courier company. The nationwide network delivers your order within 1-3 working days from the date of shipment from the store.

Pick up orders from the store
When completing your order, you can choose to pick up your order from our store in Volos. In this case, the products you ordered will be booked for you for 2 working days and during this period you can come to the store at any time and pick up your parcel. After the above period, your order is automatically canceled.
In case of change of order which was made upon receipt from the store, the change are made by phone and sent by us through the cooperating Courier with a charge of 5 euros.

You can pay for your order in one of the following ways:

For shipments within Greece there is a possibility of payment by cash on delivery. The products are sent by courier and you pay the price upon receipt. Shipping by cash on delivery has an additional cost of 2 euros.
2. Payment by credit card
In the online store Jeans-Station.gr you can pay easily and safely through a credit card. Keep in mind that only credit cards issued in Greece are accepted in the online store.
